So simple its 2 small bands that clamp down to your rod and hold the reel firmly inplace wherever you wish to put it, so whether you are an orangatang or midget you can put the reel where it suits you. Along with casting grip to allow you more presssure on holding the spool still whilst you cast, just brilliant! fits butt sizes from 21mm to 28mm. will do fix spool or multiplier.
